In 2022, I completed X-Culture's theoretical training and two months of practical work in a Global Virtual Team. Our team developed a business plan for a multinational company, turning cross-cultural collaboration into a concrete business deliverable.

X-Culture connects participants from different countries in global virtual teams and gives them real business challenges from real companies. Teams work through research, analysis and recommendations under recurring deadlines, then submit a business report for independent evaluation.
